    Odd. I have the opposite effect from stress. It makes me lose weight – same with not getting enough sleep.
    I’ll get a mixture between excessive fatigue and over-excitement/irritability as a result of both – which can last for days, until I’m abled to get a few nights of good solid sleep.
    Which of course can be difficult to obtain under those particular circumstances.

    I had a blood test i dont know acactly for what. But it came down to that everything was normal. I only had a low blood presure.

    well. you may have heard many things like me but ive researched both subjects. masturbation is perfectly healthy, the only thing i must warn you about is that if it starts to cut into your daily routine too often like a habit you need to calm down. sex is even better. but don’t do either too much because when you you release testerosterone, if you too much it can be unhealthy to your growth.
