im fat already and i’m losing a lot of weight from my eating disorder?
i feel like it doesn’t matter what i do cause im fat 240 pounds i need to lose the weight so i don’t see the point to getting help.i should just wait until im skinny advice on this.i can’t control this eating disorder and i dont want to tell someone cause they won’t believe a fat girl had a eating disorder.
You say you don’t see the point of getting help, but this is not true, since you are asking for help right now. Clearly, you are concerned you have a problem, so you need to be assertive and believe in your instincts. In addition to asking for help, go to a bookstore and library, and find as many books as possible about eating disorders, and read them. Arming yourself with knowledge will enable you to also help yourself.

tell your best friend or parents and get in touch with a doctor, if you’re serious they’ll believe you and help you, anyway eating disorders are bad especially bulimia, it damages the throat and teeth

It DOES matter what you do.
Weight and size are completely irrelevant and while that is so hard to believe because of all the sensationalized rubbish we get shoved in our faces every day, please please trust me on this one.
I know how it feels to think that you don’t deserve help or that people won’t take you seriously and i’ve wasted so much time trying to fit in with and achieve how i ‘should look’.
You said you "can’t control this eating disorder" which is all the proof and justification you need for getting help. Eating disorders are not about the way you look, your weight or even food/exercise – they are psychological illnesses that kill.
Please remember that and get the help you deserve and, most importantly, NEED.
Take care and do something- reach out to someone, call a helpline, speak to anyone you trust and don’t stop until what you get is right for you and your circumstances. x
