have you had a breast reduction and still have fat (dog ears) on your sides?

I was overweight when I had a breast reduction, significant, 3 lbs off both sides. NOw I have dog ears on the sides under my arms. Any one know what I can do to get rid of them?
A friend of mine had the same thing. Unfortunately, plastic surgery is the only way to fix it. Try to find a plastic surgeon in your area who specializes in breasts.
