<p>Mess You Up Conditioning</p>
<p>Here is how the after workout conditioning went.</p>
<p>We took a sled and hooked a 1.5&#8243; thick nylon rope to one end and a tow strap on the other end.  I&#8217;m not sure how long the nylon rope was, but it felt like a mile.</p>
<p>We loaded 2-25kg plates and 1-20kg plate onto the sled.</p>
<p>We pulled, hand-over-hand, the sled with the thick rope and then ran it back to the starting point with the tow rope.  We then unloaded a plate and repeated the process until we got down to just one plate.  The circuit was finished with two sprints, ie. to the wall and back.</p>

<p>I&#8217;d just like to know how long it takes to <a href="http://fat123.com" target=_self>lose fat</a> and where the fat is taken from. I&#8217;ve been running for bout 4 weeks now for about 5-6 days a week. I&#8217;m 14, 5&#8217;1, and 110 lbs. </p>
<p>Also, how long will it take for you to actually see a difference in your <a href="http://fat123.com" target=_self>fat</a>? Because I know running gets rid of fat all over your body, so I guess it might take a long time.<br />
<br />First of all, you do not need to lose fat, you are thin!! If you exercise, you should be doing activity that makes your heart beat faster for 25-45 minutes a day. When I run, i would normally see results in 3 days, but i don&#8217;t do it that often, so maybe it&#8217;s just me. I also eat healthier and do crunches and it helps a lot.</p>

But what exercises should I really focus on to lose thigh fat and belly <a href="http://fat123.com" target=_self>fat</a>? If you have a workout plan, I would appreciate it if you tell me..And how many weeks until I see results?</p>

<br />Best way to <a href="http://fat123.com" target=_self>lose fat</a>, is&#8230;</p>
<p>To be honest and true, there is only one way to lose body fat. And that is lose it over your ENTIRE body. You cannot &quot;spot&quot; treat any problem areas. Huge misconception.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s how I would build a good workout program for you:</p>
<p>1. Do resitance training. Yes, lift weights.</p>
<p>2. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)</p>
<p>I would lift 3-4 times a week. Each workout you train with weights here is a good layout to keep in mind:</p>
<p>Upper Body:</p>
<p>Push (horizontal) Movement<br />
Pull (horizontal) Movement<br />
Push (vertical) Movement<br />
Pull (vertical) Movement</p>
<p>Lower Body:<br />
Quad Dominant (2 exercises)<br />
Hip Dominant (2 exercises)</p>
<p>From here i&#8217;ll explain more in detail. You should perform supersets. A superset is simply doing one exercise and IMMEDIATELY going into another one, taking a rest, then repeating. I would pair a upper body and lower body exercise for your supersets. For example:</p>
<p>A1: Bench Press<br />
A2: Squats<br />
B1: DB Row<br />
B2: Deadlifts</p>
<p>As you can see you would do A1 and A2, take a rest, then repeat multiple times. Then continue on to B1 and B2. As you can see I have paired a lower AND upper body in each superset. This will effectively burn fat much faster and is much of a more compound movement, allowing your ENTIRE body to work.</p>
<p>From here I will suggest interval training. Interval training can be customized to the way you want to do it. Here is how I do it:</p>
<p>2min jog, 1min full-sprint = 1 round</p>
<p>Repeat for 3-4 rounds. Do this on the days between lifting weights and you will be losing easily anywhere from 2-4lbs a week. </p>
<p>The best way to see results is to try and not look at your naked body in front of the mirror. If you can&#8217;t refuse to do this, take a picture from your &quot;start&quot; date and take one each week from then. You will constantly see changes in the pictures. Between 12-16 weeks, you should be able to see some great definition, if not, abs&#8230;</p>
