Umm the question explians it. I really want a girlfriend and my mum thinks im gay because ive never had one. What should I do? Im really fat and ugly and my winky is tiny and i have no pubes even though im 16 which doesnt help my confidence. Wht shud i do?

i feel like it doesn’t matter what i do cause im fat 240 pounds i need to lose the weight so i don’t see the point to getting help.i should just wait until im skinny advice on this.i can’t control this eating disorder and i dont want to tell someone cause they won’t believe a fat girl had a eating disorder.

You say you don’t see the point of getting help, but this is not true, since you are asking for help right now. Clearly, you are concerned you have a problem, so you need to be assertive and believe in your instincts. In addition to asking for help, go to a bookstore and library, and find as many books as possible about eating disorders, and read them. Arming yourself with knowledge will enable you to also help yourself.

I’M SO FAT!!!

This is something I’ve been seeing for a long time and never really said anything about, so I decided to finally make a video. I’m not really angry and I don’t spend time focusing on this topic. This is partly just me being silly, but at the same time, it’s something I wanted to bring up.

I don’t only experience this on youtube, but in real life as well. It’s about people who are bordering on becoming anorexic, choosing unhealthy ways to lose weight when they don’t even need to lose weight. stuff like that.

I understand that skinny doesn’t equal healthy… I understand slim people need to also work at being healthy and staying toned and whatnot. But it boggles my mind when women who are SLIM and focusing on losing WEIGHT.

The WEIGHT LOSS stuff is just ridiculous. I’ve seen some girls grabbing little bits of SKIN off their stomachs and calling it fat. I’ve seen girls bending over and calling the skin creases fat ROLLS. That’s the kind of stuff I’m talking about. And to be honest, it reminds me of the way anorexics see themselves.

again, I HAVE NOTHING AGAINST SLIM WOMEN WHO WANT TO TONE UP, BE HEALTHY ETC ETC

i need to know because i am getting really sad and depressed cuz im fat ! uqh idkk but plz just some one like a doctor or whatever tell me

You aren’t that overweight. Just by some 10-20 pounds. That is easily fixed at your age since you have a fast-moving matebolism. :)

Ok, well first of all, you cannot target weight loss, so you might see weight loss in your face more than your body or vise versa. That’s ok though, because you are still loosing the weight :)

Weight loss targets, basically, where ever it wants to target. (Although, it does target all around your body, but you will probably only see it in a few areas)

If you were to go on a diet and exercise, you might see it in your face and thighs instead of your stomach or vise versa. If you truly want to lose weight, though, follow this diet and exercise plan:

Foods to eat: Fruits, veggies, skim milk, and anything that is low in fat, calories, and sodium. (sodium, because it is bad for your heart and will decrease your ability to exercise.)

Foods to avoid: Avocado, full fat milk, cheese, eggs, and anything that is coming from a restaurant or fast food (restaurants have high fat and high sodium like fast food.)

Exercises: Sit ups (pace yourself with those), push ups, running, and anything else that gets your heart moving.

That would help you lose weight gradually and healthily. If you want to lose weight fast, it isn’t healthy but here is what you can do: Eat only around 1200 calories a day. (you might feel dizzy so I suggest you take vitamins.) Exercise vigorously. (stationary bike…jogging, ETC.)

Good luck :)

(Overall, you should only be taking in around 1300-1500 calories a day…With exercise, of course.)

Another thing, Do Not Eat Junk Food At All.
